- The average utility bill must be at least $100, otherwise, a $5 credit will be issued.
- If you are currently enrolled in ACH Autopay or have been in the past you are not eligible for the credit.
- The $10 credit will show up on your utility bill.

Updating Bank Information
If you are already enrolled in ACH Autopay and need to change your bank information, simply click the button above and fill out the form. Updates made to bank information after the 15th of the month will not be effective until the following month.
