How do I terminate my utility services?
Utility services can be terminated over the phone by contacting the utility office at 801-804-4503 anytime between the hours of 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
When can I terminate my utility services?
Property Owners:
We have found that the projected closing date often changes, therefore you will need to wait until after you sign your closing documents to contact us.
Tenants:
We will terminate your services and put them back in the landlord's name the day you vacate the property. Please do not contact us more than a week in advance.
When will I receive my final bill?
Your final bill will be mailed to you within approximately 3 weeks of your termination date. If your account was set up on ACH Autopay your final bill will be automatically deducted from your bank account.

Is there anything else I need to do?
If you have tv, internet, phone, or plume routers through Spanish Fork Community Network (SFCN) you are required to return all equipment. The one exception is fiber optic converter boxes, which need to stay at the property.
Equipment should be returned to the SFCN building located at 657 W Center St. within 24 hours of terminating service. Charges for unreturned equipment will be added to your utility bill.
