2025 Seedling Festival & Seed Swap
Saturday, January 18th from 10am to Noon
All Over the Library, All Ages
Join us for our 3rd annual Seedling Festival & Seed Swap to help you prepare for the Spring planting season in Utah County. We'll have classes on how to prepare seedlings during the winter weather, crafts, storytime, and fun for all ages. Bring your own heirloom seeds to swap with other gardeners in the area, or check out seeds for free from our Seed Library!

Onyx Storm Release Party

Monday, January 20th at 7pm
Ticket Sales begin December 23rd on LibCal, $5 each
Celebrate the release of 'Onyx Storm,' the next installment of Rebecca Yarros' bestselling Empyrean series with games, activities, giveaways, and more! Plus, all participants with a Spanish Fork Library card will be placed on a priority hold list for our library copies of the books.

All About Chocolate: Chocolate Tasting Class
Wednesday, February 13th at 6pm
Ticket Sales begin January 22nd on LibCal, $5 each
Our annual chocolate class is back! Get hands on experience with artisan chocolates from all over the world and get an in-depth look at everything needed to make a delicious chocolate. Taught by professional chocolate sommelier and judge Karla Schade.

Genre Challenge for Adults
January 6th to December 31st, 2025
Have fun with a year-long genre challenge you can complete online! Get a prize for the first bingo and get entered into our amazon gift card drawing when you finish the entire card.  Sign-up on Beanstack and get started.

Winter Reading Bingo
December 1st, 2024 to February 28, 2025

Do activities, read an hour a week, and get prizes all winter long for every 4 hours of reading, your first bingo, and a completion prize at blackout. Sign-up online via Beanstack starting Nov. 26th.

Try It At Your Library:
Creating a Vision Board
Saturday, January 4th at Noon
Whether it’s for your new year’s resolutions or to keep your eyes on the prize for years to come, a vision board is a fun way to stay inspired and help dreams become reality. Bringing your own images is optional, no registration required.

Computer Skills Lab

Will Resume for Winter Session:  January 12th to March 17th
Mondays at 6pm, Narnia Conference Room
Take time to learn how to use email, social media, and more on a laptop or smart phone. Work hands-on with specialists from United Way of Utah County.

This class is intended for Adult Beginners. Bring your own laptop or use a library one for the class!

Know Before You Go:
Avalanche Awareness Class
Wednesday, February 5th at 6pm
Learn how to navigate the snow safely before you head to the slopes in this one-hour class taught by the Utah Avalanche Center. Recommended for anyone who participates in outdoor winter activities. Children under 12 must have an adult with them.

Crochet Circle
Every 2nd Tuesday and 4th Wednesday at 6:30pm
Have fun creating with our crochet circle. All experience levels are welcome. Ages 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult. Meets in the Children's Program Room B.

Writer's Group
Every 1st and 3rd Thursday at 6:30pm
Join in with our local writer's group for warm-up games and chatting about writing. All experience levels are welcome to join our community of support in the Wonderland Conference Room. Ages 19 and older only, please.
