Teen Chat: Early Out Hangout
April 7th, 14th, 17th, 21st, and 28th at 3 p.m.
Kick back, relax, and grab a bite to eat with friends every Monday after school (except on holidays)! Drop in, chill out, and make the most of your extra time. This program goes from 3 to 4 p.m. This club is for ages 13-18 and registration is not required.
Last Early Out Hangout until fall will be May 19th.

Staying home for Spring Break? Join us Monday through Friday for a new craft. These crafts are for teens 13 to 18 only. Crafts will be located in the teen program room. Registration is not required.

Teen Hosted: BYOC Movie Night
April 9th at 5:30 p.m.
Grab your favorite craft, settle in with some popcorn, and enjoy Anne of Green Gables! Whether you're knitting, drawing, scrapbooking, or just chilling, this cozy event lets you get creative while watching a great film. We will provide snacks. This event will be held in the Heritage room and is for ages 11 to 111 ;) Youth groups with leaders are welcome. This event does not require registration.

April 10th at 5 p.m. 
Get creative with a new craft each month. Join fellow crafters to make something fun, unique, and totally DIY. No experience needed- just bring your imagination. In April the club will be creating dragon eggs with Styrofoam. The club meets one Thursday a month from 5-6 p.m. in the teen program room. This club is for teens ages 13 to 18 and is led by teen volunteers. Registration is not required.

Teen Club: Dungeons & Dragons

Every Saturday beginning April 12th at 1 p.m.
Hear ye, brave adventurers! The winds of fate howl through the streets of Baldur's Gate, and the shadows stir in places best left untouched. A Call echoes across the land-- heroes are needed. Will you answer? 
Join our teen D&D club for an epic campaign inspired by the legendary Baldur's Gate 2. Whether you're a seasoned sword-swinger or a fledgling spellcaster, there's a place for you at the table. No registration is required! But beware: the gods favor the swift, and only the first 8 players each session may enter the fray. Adventurers must be teens ages 13 to 18. The club meets every Saturday from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. in the teen computer room. You may bring your own character as long as they're brand new. Gather your dice (or borrow ours). The realms await.

Chess Club
Teen Hosted: Chess Club
April 15th at 6 p.m.

This club is for ages 8+ and for all skill levels. Those between 8 and 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult. We have chess boards, but you may bring your own. The club will meet the third Tuesday of each month from 6 to 8 p.m. in the teen program room. There is no chess instructor provided at this time. Registration is not required.

Teen Club: Calm Creations
April 16th at 4:30 p.m.
Learn mindfulness skills and create art in a peaceful atmosphere. In April we will be learning  Zentangle. Zentangle is a structured drawing method that uses repetitive patterns, or "tangles," to create intricate, abstract designs on small pieces of paper while promoting relaxation, focus, and mindful creativity. We are committed to a calm and quite atmosphere and will strictly enforce it. Calm Creations meets once a month on the third Wednesday from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. in the teen program room. This club is for teens ages 13 to 18 only and registration is not required.

Teen Chat: Anime Club
April 17th at 5 p.m.
Calling all anime fans! Join the teen anime club to watch, discuss, and geek out over your favorite anime. Enjoy fun activities, snacks, and meet fellow otaku!! This club meets once a month on the third Thursday from 5 until what we are watching ends. In April will be watching Totoro. This club is for ages 13 to 18 only and registration is not required.

This club aims to empower teen writers by fostering a supportive and collaborative environment. Our mission is to help each other enhance our writing skills through critiques, idea-sharing, and open discussions. The club meets every other Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m. Once a month we will have a local author attend the meeting to provide insight and answer your questions.
This club is for teens ages 13-18 and registration is not required.

Life Skills at the Library
March Topic: Basic Finances

April 12th at 11 a.m. and April 24th at 6:30 p.m.
Ready to level up your real-world skills? Join us for Life Skills at the Library and gain the tools you need for success—whether it's budgeting, cooking, job prep, or first aid! Learn, practice, and empower yourself with hands-on workshops and expert guidance. This event is designed for ages 16-25 but all ages are welcome. Registration is not required.

Teen Club: Watercolor Whimsy
April 23th at 4:30 p.m.
Dive into creativity at Watercolor Whimsy, a monthly teen watercolor class where each session brings a new design, technique, or project to explore! No experience needed—just bring your imagination! In April we will be learning easy techniques to paint beautiful flowers. Club members will meet once a month on the fourth Wednesday from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. This club is for ages 13-18 only and registration is not required.

April 28th at 4 p.m.
Each month enjoy a new type of competition! Ready to brawl? Bring your best moves to the arena and face off in our Super Smash Bros. Ultimate tournament! Whether you main Kirby, Link, or Pikachu, it’s time to prove you’ve got what it takes to stay on the stage and outlast the competition.  First place will a Nintendo e-Shop gift card.
Teen Clash meets once a month on the fourth Monday from 4 to 5 p.m. Whether it's trivia, video games, or ping pong, there will be something for everyone. Attend Early Out Hangout right before and stay for the tourney. This club is for ages 13-18 only and registration is not required.
