  $500.00 8am - 10pm
Deposit: $500.00 cleaning/security deposit.
Damage: If damage occurs or the police respond to a call to the High Chaparral the appropriate fees will be charged to the renter.

No alcoholic beverages in or around the building and parking lot.

No animals of any type allowed inside the building.
