Deposit:   $500.00 cleaning/security deposit.
Damage:   If damage occurs or the police respond to a call to the Ponderosa the appropriate fees will be charged to renter.

No alcoholic beverages in or around the building and parking lot.

No animals of any type allowed inside the building.
