Notice of Election

2025 Election Details: Declaration to Candidacy June 2-6, 2025 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. with the City Recorder. Primary Election August 12, 2025, General Election November 4, 2025. One (1) Mayor position and Two (2) at-large City Council Member positions, for four (4) year terms, from January 2026 to January 2030.

Candidate Filing Period

The filing period for the 2025 municipal election will be June 2-6.

Voter Registration Info

Residents who are not registered to vote may register in one of the following ways:

  1. Mail a registration form to the Utah County Clerk's Office:
    Utah County Clerk, Elections Office
    100 East Center Street, Rm 3100
    Provo, Utah 84606
  2. Register in person at the Utah County Clerk's Office
  3. Online Voter Registration is available at vote.utah.gov
  4. Day-of Registration can be done at a Voting Service Center on election day.

Voter Registration must be received by the County Clerk by 5 p.m., 11 days prior to an election.

Primary Election Dates

July 22 - Aug. 8: Vote-by-Mail ballots mailed
Aug. 1: Last day to register to vote
Aug. 5: Last day to request a replacement ballot by 5pm with the County Clerk
Aug. 12: Primary Election

General Election Dates

Oct. 14: Vote-by-Mail ballots mailed
Oct. 24: Last day to register to vote
Oct. 28: Last day to request a replacement ballot by 5pm with the County Clerk
