Change mailing address
Visit the Spanish Fork Post Office at 165 E. 900 N. or visit the USPS website.
Update driver license
Visit the Driver License Division website or visit the office at 2277 W 700 S, Ste. 1, Springville, UT.
Update motor vehicle registrations
Visit the Motor Vehicle Portal or call the Utah DMV at 1-800-368-8824 for more information.
Register to vote
Visit vote.utah.gov or call the Utah County Elections Department at 801-851-8128 to register to vote or to update your voter registration.
Enroll in local schools
Visit the Nebo School District website or call them at 801-354-7400 for more information.
Register pets
Register your pets at the Spanish Fork Police Department (789 W Center St), at the South Utah Valley Animal Clinic, or at a participating veterinarian clinic. Call SUVAS at 801-851-4080 for more information.
Get a library card
Visit the Spanish Fork Public Library at 80 S Main St or go to the library website to get a library card.
