To better understand the issues that are most important to you. as well as possible areas of improvement. the City is conducting a resident opinion survey. The survey should take less than 10 minutes to complete. and your responses will be anonymous.
To take the survey, please visit bit.ly/spanishfork20. Survey respondents may enter into a drawing to receive l of 5 punch passes to the Spanish Fork Water Park or l of 5 rounds of golf at The Oaks at Spanish Fork golf course. The survey will be open through March 31 .
