Spanish Fork, UT — Spanish Fork City and TLM Realty are happy to announce a new Target location opening in Spanish Fork at 900 East Expressway Lane.
“We are thrilled to have Target in our community,” Mayor Mike Mendenhall said. “Their new location is on one of the strongest retail corners in Utah County. I’m excited to see it come back to life with such an outstanding company. This is a great project for the City to support.”
TLM Realty, a retail real estate company which has owned the property for 40 years, is making a multi-million dollar investment to renovate existing improvements for contemporary retail needs. The entire site and building are being renovated to meet criteria provided by Target, including a seismic retrofit and expansion of the existing building to approximately 100,000 square feet. It is anticipated that TLM will complete their work in early 2023, after which Target will finish their own improvements and merchandise the store prior to opening for business. Target’s anticipated open date is in 2023.
