Spanish Fork, UT — Spring is around the corner and site work is being done at the Spanish Fork FitCity Center to get the parking lot and landscaping ready to be installed. Progress is made each day towards completion this fall.
The construction of the building is split into three areas, A, B, and C. Area A includes the locker rooms and indoor pool area - excluding the competition pool. Area B includes the competition pool, boiler, electrical, and chemical storage. Area C includes the community/senior center, multipurpose gym, fitness area and track, and administrative offices.
Structure Updates

- Bottom of pool concrete poured

- Metal stud framing work ongoing
- Waterproofing exterior soffits nearing completion
- Installing membrane on lower roofs

- Pavilion Steel is being installed
- Pump House Masonry nearing completion
