Primera Group, a local real-estate developer, announced this week plans to develop additional retail space on the southwest corner of 2550 East and US 6 (adjacent to the Neighborhood Walmart). This additional retail development, which will be called Canyon Gate Shopping Center, will include Bank of America, Grease Monkey, and Marco's Pizza, with considerable interest from other restaurants and users.
